You should also change your password without delay. pk92 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account, but accepts no liability for losses incurred before you reported the compromise.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information on your pk92 account remains current and accurate. This includes your mobile number and any payment method details linked to the account. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing or important account communications.

Withdrawals from your pk92 account are paid back to the same payment method used for your deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, pk92 may require you to complete account verification as described in Section 2. Withdrawals will not be released to unverified accounts. Once verified, subsequent withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the processing times for the relevant payment method.

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a pk92 account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is still active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
All bets and wagers placed on pk92 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking your selections before confirming a bet slip. pk92 is not liable for bets placed in error — including incorrect selections, incorrect stake amounts, or bets placed on the wrong market or event.
pk92 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or where a bet has been placed after the relevant event has concluded. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account wallet.
For live in-play betting — particularly on cricket matches including PSL and international T20s — bet acceptance is subject to real-time market availability. pk92 cannot guarantee the availability of specific live markets and accepts no liability for markets suspended or closed during active play due to technical reasons or feed disruptions.
Casino, Live Casino, Slot, and Bingo games on pk92 operate using certified random number generators or live dealer-managed outcomes. Results are final once a game round has concluded. Any technical fault during a game round that prevents a result being determined will result in the stake being returned to the player.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk92 and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform:
